I realize now that I should have called the office to see if anyone was there. We should do that Monday.
Anyway I took the 5 mike drive into the central heart of downtown Reading. Over the years they have bad some construction projects so there are new building that are very nice.
So finding 505 penn st was a bit difficult due to the fact the building there are suppose to be in was built in the 1910-1920's. Its one of those old brick building that's totally enclosed on all sides
There suppose to be on the 3rd floor.

Standing on the front sidewalk there is no way to get into the building unless you are buzzed into it.

The first floor is vacated and empty with newspapers by the front display windows.
I went thru the "buzzer" box trying to find there call number and finally "scrap usa" showed up.(old name)

At my part time job...to be contined when I get off at 10:30pm...eastern.
