According to OTCMarkets.com BMIN needs to post/file a valid attorney letter for this year. They would need to submit this attorney letter along with an annual report for December 31, 2012 in order to be eligible for OTC Pink Current Information (Pink) from their OTCMarkets Limited Information (yield sign) status.
