Challe, I give Solomon props for the excellent job and foresight for building an excellent company and with integrity and values. No problems there. What I struggle with is his lack of understanding or his unwillingness to pay attention to what is also expected from a CEO, the creation of shareholder value. Ok, some of his pressures are external but a lot has been self inflicted. He could have taken on a partner if he needed intended to go full speed ahead. He could have gone slower so as not to dilute. He doesn't need the restaurants or the plantation, doesn't seem to fit in and would provide funds. He had all summer to make sure that Penser would approve the FN listing with us only to learn it is still uncertain. So, you see he gets an A from me on the strategy and operations and a failing grade on the capitalization of the company, simple as that.
