wait a minute, all we have is a notice in front of a building which could be any building without notice any signs information ect saying its rays but a typed out notice which i can do on my computer even with images of seals ect though photoshop. Again notice no sign. This is proof of nothing but another trick by the shorters when this stock was up and very easy to fake. Again who are actually the scammers here, the shorters who want to make money or rays.
