You Penny Traders are a strange bunch . NBRI'S PPS closed unchanged!

At these prices and volume why not just buy at the ask price and hold. All the pumping by the "crew" this past week can't get the PPS above $0.10/shr so the flippers can unload their $0.06/shr !
