I agree with stable but really how stable is a stock when it is manipulated and the true pps should be at least double where we are at based on true retail investor sentiment. We must be aware of the things that are hidden or just beneath the charts such as Asher being extremely short here. A close above .004 would help force their hand and truly move the price based on company news, facts, and investor confidence.
