Settlement

Just musing on a beautiful Friday afternoon.

IF AND ONLY IF GOOGLE'S WORKAROUND IS A RED HERRING!!!!

The lowest possible settlement is available during a narrow window which closes Monday at midnight. If it is a sham... it will be revealed to Vringo which makes them stronger.....and it could lead to HJJ wrath.

In my past...dealing with risk management. We tried to look at the situation and position for the lowest expense. Although we were never in a situation having the massive cash reserves that is available to Google.

(may just be what I want to happen)
