RPH, I apologize, but I misinformed you yesterday. I didn't have my comp on me to look these things up.

The "summer distribution announcement" we have been discussing was not from the CC, but instead, Tuffin said it during the Stock Radio interview:

Heres what he says:

"And what you will find is the company will be announcing our next major national partner earlier this summer, so we're very excited about finalizing the details of that partnership"

Its at 5:48 in the interview

Two points: one, he said "Major National". And two, he said "the company WILL". Not anticipates, not projects, not expects to, not plans. The company WILL. Early Summer.
