Spiber and Amsilk both are working on products that are DIRECT competition for KBLB's products. It would be completely inappropriate to rule them out of discussion on this board.

Discussing competition is NEVER "premature" or inappropriate. The potential value (or lack thereof) of a companies products under development is totally dependent on what competitive products are available at the time it goes on the market.

It is therefore not only relevant but critical to evaluate the current state of competitor's products and their pace and direction of development.
