Good post Shortbutlong it's a question many may not want to answer. I surely don't have a good one except that he was hoping the PPS wouldn't take such a bloodbath.

In all honesty I think it's better doing it this way then releasing the 8K then a compensary "Oooh look subs are up 100%" even if it looks fishy it would look fishy either way.

I prefer no 8-K, but would have done it this way myself too.
