Kool... I like your numbers, especially if 4000/hr. turns out to be conservative with HTF. So far, they say they are bringing up P3 slowly, but maybe the Kooldown inspection has already happened and it is back up?

If P3 is really "the one" and John has really solved the final technical challenges at both the front end and back-end, then somebody should wake-up EP or at least update his matrix.

Anybody go back that far and have a copy of "the matrix?"
