Baltia Air Lines Inc. (fka BLTA)

I just want to focus on one point in particular in regards to Baltia and lies. Baltia entered Phase II this spring. This is the phase where manuals receive final approval, training starts etc. How is it that for the 2 years prior, Baltia, on numerous occasions said they would be flying soon? The FAA had not even accepted their application and they were saying that. They told people that the manuals were close to approval. They weren't. You know why? Because they weren't in phase II. That is when I gave up on them.

So are they liars? Are they complete imbeciles? It's one or the other and no in between. There is being optimistic...and there is telling people something that had absolutely no chance of coming true.
