Yes and no. I amended my returns. Initially i owed over 50k. Then i fired my tax preparer and then i owed a lot less. What a mess it was. Anyway...

The case with imds sounds a lot worse than my personal case ever was. Hopefully, imds wont default on their payments! If they cant pay, i hope they sell the business themselves to satisfy the debt.
