That's been going on in Portugal for 40 yrs, where have you been? Better yet, buy in Puerto Rico, stay 6 months a year (established yourself as a resident) and pay NO FEDERAL INCOME TAX !!! Yeahhhhhhh,,, it's true... Oh, and the plane flight is shorter, no property tax and property is appreciating there like crazy,,,and who doesn't like the Caribbean ?
