well it looked to me like it was at $1.05 with 306,507 volume. Than later I looked and it change to $0.95 with 312,507 volume, this made me curious so I looked at the 1 day chart. At the end of the day there is a huge drop to .95 spiked back up to $1 then a swift drop back to .95. I see a huge spike in volume at the very end of the day, with a bunch of trades in the thousands. so It looks like the drop was the result of a bit of manipulation. Some days traders flipping 5-10% a few times rly quickly at the end of the day. I bet it jumps right back above $1 at the start of the day tomorrow.
