2 Forward acquisitions that increased the assets 5 million dollars and if you understand what taking an impairment is you would realize that they did that considering they have had no economic gain from it previously. An impairment is discounting the price of a good considering that it has not been benefiting the company. Essentially between full value and write off. To me with positive net income for the quarter. WE should see positive net income for the 10K and things are looking great here.
