If CIRC gets working Capital CIRC will have options. CIRC could/should do a buy back or a reverse/forward split. That IMO would be best on making the shareholders as of now feel they were thought about and CIRC didn't want to hurt them as you put it.


I'm okay with reducing the number of shares as long as its done IMO the correct way making sure the shareholders as of now get some gains as well. As you know shareholders have gone through a lot right along with CIRC so one would hope Iehab doesn't forget about the shareholders and does what is best by them.

Going forward I hope Iehab wants to change his villain CEO perception and be seen as a good CEO who does right by shareholders and makes this company grow. This might not be his last business but if things go as hoped it could be how all his other ventures get funded. IMO So he needs to do right by CIRC shareholders and make sure he looks at all his options before just choosing a RS as his only option.
