Having no idea whats in the 8-K I can only speculate..but if there is mention of the national contracts and they deal with major companys... they may have some NDA ( Non Disclosure) issues that have to be worked out... those are handled by attorneys and we all know how slow and delaying that can be.

Many of these national companys are very strict on how start ups use their names so as not to be part of any inflated stock pricing that could come back to bite them on the ass. Again not saying thats a fact just throwing that out there.
