That's an interesting point you make. As we know the Primarq's operational model is based in part on other systems already in operation in other parts of the world. It would be a natural progression for them ( Primarq) to operate in other countries.

But remember, they are aligning themselves with companies that will enhance their concept. These companies may or may not have the capabilities of operating outside of the US. So it can't be written off completely.
