150 million shares As now. Think of it like this. IF WDDD gets settlement of 150 million that $1 per share. 300 million $2, and so on.
Why would they get that much in settlement? Easy ATVI has been infringing a long time, they make like a billion dollars a year on WoW and CoD. Actually they probably make more. You then multiply the say maybe 3% which is pretty standard by 3 or more due to willful infringement. Then mix in the running royalty moving forward. The number sare adding up now...and then factor in the entire industry. EA, Disney, and everybody else with a MPORG....and you begin to see the big picture...
