I believe the selling is all retail. No dumping in my opinion from the company. It was nice that whoever was trying to get out at .0005 dumped at .0004 because the ask dropped by 9 million shares but then whoever bougth the .0004's put some back up at .0005. Bid is getting smaller and ask stays the same relative size.

Bid just increased from 74 mil to 99 mil :)
