Well this continues a trend of investors being shocked by a companies need for financing. A big hit to the sp, and accusations of being a scam, when in reality it is a necessary part of a developing company. The KLH project has huge upside, unfortunately the facilites to grow the Keyhole Limpets isn't for free. I don't get the one day halt, but the result is the stock retreated to the 20 day ma...not a disaster...

Disappointed but still long.
