What shorts are you talking about ? Last time I checked the statistics about shorts it was a position of 24'000 shares. And honestly I doubt this was a short. More likely a mismatch.
Forget about the story of shorts in TCPS. You either are long or have no position. You can't short this stock and financially it also wouldn't make sense.
