There is a difference between a Pump and dump in a stock, and a pump and dump scam perpetrated by the company and insiders itself.

PSPW Was NOT a Pump and Dump perpetrated by the company in order to sell shares on the open market. It was however involved in a pump and dump per se if you consider Choi and his gang coming in here and pumping it up over 2 years ago and then selling the shares they bought before spreading all the crazy rumors.

There is a huge difference between the two! One leaves the company tarnished and millions or often billions of extra shares on the open market. The other doesn't change a thing with the share count, does not dilute shareholders, and does not challenge our trust in the company.

This stock has two ways it can go. They either follow through with promised financing and we see a 20+ bagger, or they don;t get the financing and eventually have to file for bankruptcy, making the stock price fall to the double or triple 0's As you know I am betting or the former.
