Poor people need to stop thinking home ownership is a right. It's not a right. If someone is too poor to buy a house, regardless of credit rating, they shouldn't be allowed to buy a house. It's that simple.

Without Fannie and Freddie mortgage payments will go up an average of $70 a month. A whopping $70! If $70 more is too much for someone to stomach, they have no business owning a home. Period.

It's not that complicated folks.
