No. That is not what I am saying. That is what you want to believe. You are clouding simple economics with the need to feel that your investment is not weakened by dilution.

What I am saying, and what is absolutely basic information that every trader should know, is that dilution weakens EVERY shareholders position. The more dilution, the weaker shareholders positions become. It doesn't matter about all the other variables you throw into it to try and sway the odds in your favor or against you as far as what might or might not happen to make the stock price go up or down. Again - DILUTION weakens every shareholders position.

If someone is trying to tell you that dilution doesn't matter or that dilution won't affect the share price or "look at this, there is supposed to be dilution but the price didn't go down today, ha, ha, so much for the supposed dilution," they are not being forthright with you and are misleading you either intentionally or out of ignorance about how dilution works.
