do a search on the announcement details and you will find that ol Kan resigned from a few companies in the past few days.

STCC - Sterling Consolidated Corp.
SCKT - Socket Mobile Inc
IHSI - Intelligent Highway Solutions Inc

there may be more.

maybe Conboy owns a piece of each of those too. :)
