BAC had proposed funding solar cell arrays for residentail and businesses, recently. I always thought some kind of Green Power Energy Bond might be created and have some of the feed-back solr created power financing the I on that Bond.

I see the Ausezz approach of Sun Power as sign of competition for SCTY.
Seveal Middle Eatern nations have huge outalys for R&D centers and production of solar technology developing. Doubtful they will accept SCTY as installer of those.
