Our XIDEQ BK is different in one interesting way.

XIDE is attempting to section the corporation into 2 distinct entities: USA and foreign assets. This may or may not 'fly' with the judge . . . as state of Calif. and USA government departments will have their say in this.

No one has publicly proposed how XIDE will keep its brand name legacy in tact.
They might import label batteries to USA, though they might also strive to create some purchase of a small USA compaqny and 'drop' XIDE trademark (for USA use on them).

We still are not totally sure that XIDE m;ight; just be bargaining to get those filthy Pb plant dumps 'discounted', and we do not for sure know what 'price' that will effect on USA operations. XIDE's biggest problem is poor management and their ignorant high price label marketing schemes.

Unlike Kodak . . . XIDE does not have much in the way of legacy patent material (at least publicly known). Wouldn't it be fun if the Judge says 'NO!' and mandates outside tyrant (but skilled) oversight of XIDE out of BK?
Just, we retail investors might just come out ahead . . . IF the judge so decides. Meaning to keep their vaunted battery name label, they must use their present common stock to build UP from. I have no way of knowing what will happen, just some thoughts.

Judges can, if they desire, make life miserable for those that drop things like . . . we can't get a re-organization plan going or thought up . . . before Dec . . . your honor. This is so unprofessional publicly . . . as can be taken as an insult to the powers of the bench. No one goes to court without having their cards prepared. Lets see how that works out? What exactly has the 'ship-of-fools' been up to all these years at all those meetings? No Plan B or Plan C? Really. Judges do not like to be viewed in the public eye as mere errand boys, and rubber stampers.
