Ok, I give. Why? Can you post the link for me saying all these shares are here and ready for trading. Silly me, I can't seem to find it. So help us out here.

I did find this though.
From the latest 10Q
Quote: Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date.

As of August 19, 2013, the registrant’s outstanding common stock consisted of 33,917,651 shares, $0.001 par value. Authorized – 75,000,000 shares.

I just dont see 7 billion shares authorized?
