Good question. Maybe that needs to be directed to the management? Would be even better if they can PR on that 500M shares! Give more confidence to shareholders. If it is not old shares, then it could be dilution since it went on BID and all day long at its lows. Doee s not look like retail selling. Also, notice, that the buyers did not stack it up at ASK, which is a good sign too. Waiting to see what comes next. RANF has not made money off here still......so.....waiting for the game to be played out. IMO
