Lol I dont have a lot knowledge either( am as good as you) but from what I understand in a layman terms: it is a current information that IFIXQ has paid off its debt. that means IFIXQ has a good chance to come out of bankruptcy/ became a viable company. that's just my understanding. hope others would help us shade more light.
