I don't plan to sell even a single share at least till 8/2014. The daily +ve and -ve fluctuations in the PPS are of least concern to me.

Ed's past with this company, a recent 8 figure salary offer, new contracts (verified by parties concerned) are all good enough for me to continuously provide me with good night's sleep.
