I'd rather read the Final Judgments of the Court.....actually in JB's case the Amended Final Judgment. You remember that, right? See Docket Item#20 and Docket Item#38. Case #1:12-cv-10012 for your easy Pacer reference.

Read them carefully. Then tell me what page and paragraph in each "stated the fines levied could not be paid by insurance". In case you can't do that, please explain what documents in the case serve to override the Final Judgments of the Court.
