*Source* Perlowin's “operating one of the biggest [cannabis] operations in US history” sounds good to me. True leaders are hard to come by. Believe it - probably a majority of folks in the industry consult Perlowin at some point. His insight and connection is invaluable.

The potential in this market has not been "priced in", as barriers such as regulation and social acceptance/awareness has yet to allow for "free trade". We saw the Feds stance on deregulating MMJ, today. Once the misguided begin to wise-up, things will change - that day will come.

It would be foolish to think Perlowin would risk his own money and life, through some fantasy "scam" or phantom business. He is actually trying to establish a legitimate business, in an estimated MULTI-BILLION dollar market, not necessarily starting from square-one, but a start nonetheless. He has always been straight forward and honest, and doesn't cloud or fabricate his past (laws change all the time, and just because it is "law" doesn't make it "right" - see voting rights circa 1878-1920, thru 19th Amendment: was against the law for women to vote in US). I digress.

The back-office end of the business need not be disclosed to the world. Would you want your favorite team broadcasting their playbook at all times? And Perlowin goes out of his way to broadcast to the public - not totally in the dark here. Systems and infrastructure, along with grass roots (pun) marketing are at work. To truly be first to market, it isimperative to actually be IN the market, hence creating several business units (e.g. websites, nutriments, garments, textiles, fibers, oils, etc, etc - everything possible - ... which, to some, seem to appear phony at first glance - they're not.) Capitalization 101, peeps.
