1. Undeveloped potash projects are certainly not in favor with investors right now. Uralkali's announcement that it will try to flood the market and drive the price down didn't help matters.
2. This is a mostly unknown, pink sheet, Canadian company.
3. The other public potash company in the Holbrook Basin (Prospect Potash) is almost certainly going broke. Passport is being tarred with the Prospect brush.
I believe that Passport will survive and thrive in the long run but my view is certainly a minority one. If I am right, this is a wonderful entry point, but patience and high tolerance of risk is needed.
