I have a question.

Doesn't voting yes on 5 continue to give YA shares below market value? Since NEOM owes +30/40Million dollars, what is going to stop YA from getting those shares and selling on the open market?

If there was a buyer lurking in the bushes why wouldn't they wait for a bankruptcy filing so they could get the patents/IP penny's on the dollar?
