Liberty Star Uranium and Metals Corp (LBSR)

I had a friend ask me a question regarding LBSR (we both own it). Any of the Gurus want to take a stab at it, or point me to a post for reference.

Question:

"LBSR at $1 per share would have a valuation of 1/14 of Newmont Mining, and Newmont has 10B of revenue a year versus zero for Lbsr. Therefore wouldn't it be a real stretch to value LBSR at one dollar (future price) a share using present projections?"

This is a real practical method of comparing share price it seems, but is new to me. Has anybody else ever made such comparisons?
