You can buy, but not sell. It seems like MM's will sell you shares (that probably do not exist yet), and are planning on covering those shares once HNSS is tradeable again.

I think that's why the short selling data seems to be high right now. Its MM's fronting shares to buyers until the stock becomes active again. IMO
