Ouch, good luck, hope you win. Although according to filings the company is broke and has enough convertible debt issued to dilute the AS/OS to almost 2 Billion Shares if converted. Seeing as how they are broke, they will be converted over the next 12 months.
Welcome to dilution at its finest.
