PlNI has been claiming they will produce an Audit for 18 months and counting? They have made claims of buying back shares while at the same time they continue to increase and sell shares. Very misleading!

Companies that buy back shares don't make public annocements they just buy them back. PLNI puts those statements in there pr's to boost the price and then sell more shares.

They were making the same claims back in MAY of 05 and never bought any shares back.

Now ask yourself this:

"I'm not sure how else one can interpret the words "pending SEC approval" other than either a) we have filed an S-4 and are awaiting the SEC's comments on it, b) we are being "questioned" by the SEC and thus everything we do is subject to SEC scrutiny, or c) we need an alibi for why things have taken so long and this is the best we could come up with.

Its great that this thing is coming back to life but caution is still to be used. Lots of people are selling into this as can be proved by a post I recieved from another so called LONG:
