UMA/Kineto Patents:

It all makes sense now why UMA has outperformed us.
They own patents on both the method for trhe seamless roaming as well as the method for making money from doing so.

Calypso only has the former. The former however is the one that really matters. It is the first and is a broadest, thus well will only be able to derive revenue from US based companies through litigation. Please note that the Calypso Patents were filed some 2 years prior to Kineto/Uma.

All other revenues from licensing and the sale of phones are to be done outside of the USA as we would be sued on the basis of infringement on the UMA patents that actually allow the shared revenue platform.

A very dynamic environment.

Leon also has an application for the implimentation of Satellite Radio via the cell phone, filed 2005 as a continuation of the patent granted in feb. 2004.

If they were smart they would have already filed for an additional continuation that confronts the revenue sharing platform.
P2k this is your job. Talk to them and make them do this.

Results are needed.
