This dilution is very small when you compare the assets vs debt.
GRPR is bound to go to multiple pennies in near future. Don't expect it to go there overnight. Patience is virtue here.

Nothing changed fundamentally since DTC chill was lifted. News will come when you least expect it. JMHO....
