LOLz just like a good loan shark, the gubermint made no provision for payoff which will be a slam dunk in any court... and treble damages could be sought if intent to defraud is the conclusion of the court but that's getting ahead of the game... I believe there will be a settlement before it gets to that point regardless because the AIG suit will set a precedent.
