all the bad news is already priced in here at the .004's, the mm is telling you that, capitulation occurred yesterday with all that volume and today confirmed a bottom, brnd still has other business going forward and a great float, that is what people are missing here, and if bad boy is successful more consulting etc. business will flow to premiere, that is the key to the next run up coupled with the other business they currently have, no reason this can't pop back to .009 area with the float, otc's like this usually have 2-4 runs in them, esp. after the mm's know how easy they move
