Fuse has filed three sets of F-4's with the SEC for the new shares given to the board and the award to Tuffin.. If you look under the Ihub tab for news on Fuse you will also see a prospectus filed by Fuse for convertible securities at 3:33pm today. But when you click on it, it shows Credit Suisse as the issuer. Can somebody else check...

According to the F-4 Tuff now owns 7,000,000 shares!!!!
