The Company is in the process of looking at different means of raising the capital necessary to move forward on all three projects.

The funding arrangement that the Company announced earlier this year with First Swiss International Group AG has been terminated due to missed targets. We are hopeful that alternative funding arrangements can be entered into under favorable terms with First Swiss or another lender. -No $20 mill in private funding
