I can easy see a securities fraud case here. The fact that this company had issued press releases anticipating SIGNIFICANTLY higher revenues than actual revenues, leads me to believe that they were either trying to manipulate the PPS (prime equity is a nice example of that), or they were way to cavalier with their anticipations/expectations. Either way, a case can be made for either accusation, and either way, they provided investors with false information.

The only case that I can barely argue, is the possibility that they are a victim of foul play/circumstance (stolen customers), or just piss poor management, which caused them to lose their anticipated contracts. However, the announced/anticipated contracts falling through should have been mentioned in the 10Q, or in a press release to inform investors.
