Because thats how companies like WRIT do their "thing". They do a name drop like "Microsoft" in some PR know FULL WELL that there will be people who believe every word they read in said PR. This gets people to buy shares at the same time the company's financers are dumping their shares.

Read about toxic financing and you will see that the worst companies in PINK land stay that way until they do a name change.
