Ability to postpone? not likely

I do not think their is anything else that ATVI can really do to get another postponement. At this point the only thing I can think, that would work, was if ATVI and WDDD both wanted more time for a settlement; like VRNG and MSFT did last year. The problem is that it would have to be real talks, not just saying is was going to happen and both would have to agree.
